I've had identity theft problems they turned off my debit card Allstate was sending me texts saying I was all set never notified me since February that I did not have insurance I was told the payments were being made got to work Monday they told me I do not have insurance and told me to go somewhere else not a good way to do business luckily I was in my work van the car was in the driveway but I am so upset with this company for doing this to me no email no phone call there should be some repercussion thank you please help Resolution Sought I want a refund of $77 they took for my motorcycle 3 days ago and made me switch

I purchased a ps5 for Christmas bought the insurance, and it's good until 2026. We then had a house fire and lost everything, I don't want the money, just the ps5 our boy lost everything i have to get something back for him please. Resolution Sought That you send him a ps5. I can send you a pic of the ps5 if needed.
