Unacceptable! I

I filed a claim on August 1 I tried to dodge a dog and kind of ran off the road in a heavy wooded area and scratched up my Mercedes Benz S550 so I filed a claim and they gave me some low ball estimate getting bullshit cheap parts and then u have to do a supplement and most shops In Louisiana doesn't even want to deal with allstate I have been to 4 shops and none of them wants to deal with Allstate so no I'm not in good hands its been a month. So a couple of weeks ago my other car got broken into and my Touchscreen aftermarket double din stereo was stolen and they stole my laptop and like broke my dashboard so my policy covers aftermarket stereos up to a 1k and personal property. And because life happen to me cause that's just how things happen in my life. And prior to the incident I had raised my rental expense and dropped my deductible and mind you when I added that car I just added I hadn't never took the time yet to go on there do some comparisons on the app the see the price difference for certain things on the policy as I always do cause I want the best for my money. So by dropping my deductible it only changed $4 so why wouldn't I change my deductible because I'm smart enough to go on my policy myself and not let y'all prey on my ignorance. So In doing that that was the adjuster reason for sending it to Investigations that's what she told me the reason was and I'm like are u serious for a small ass claim she accused me of fraud. Based off that with no proof or anything but I have proof that it was I have a police report and everything ok she called did the interview over the phone. Well when she called I was at the hospital with my wife which I told her that her name is Kristie Smed is the woman who did the interview that was completely unacceptable and unethical she was asking all these dumb questions about who I was and what was his name and his number and melt asking all these questions about my whole day from minute to minute and changing the same question expecting a different answer which it wasn't. So we were on the phone over an HOUR ridiculous she was coming at me as if I'm guilty and I had to prove my innocence. As I stated earlier I was at the emergency room with my wife and I told her that because I then told her my wires condition about she almost died a couple of months prior due to a large blood clot from birth control pills and when I told her that she said and how long were you in Jonesboro she just continued that dumb ass interview as if I didn't say anything I mean no empathy at all and its recorded so you all can go back and listen. At that point she really pissed me off and I had took an hour of it so I had to let her know. I said yes I'm a black man but I'm not a thief nor have I ever done any fraud and especially not for pennies like that claim was I own a home my wife drive a Benz as well I made 189k last year u wanna see my tax return. I will not renew my policy next month unless she is fired I mean that!
