I bought a truck cover in November 3, 2023 for $210.00. I called Amazon on 8/19/2024 and told them the cover wouldn't stay latched down. They gave me the third party number to call which I did that day. After going back and forth with the manufacturer they ended up telling me it was out of warranty (which it wasn't) and they didn't have the part for the cover. After resolving the warranty issue I was told to send them pictures and videos. I went back and forth with them to no avail so I ended up calling Amazon back. Amazon told me that they would do a refund me $168.64 because of the trouble I went through with the manufacturer. I was emailed a label for UPS pickup. UPS didn't succeed in picking up the cover and I called Amazon back again to get another date. UPS never showed up. I called Amazon again on September 1, 2024 and spoke with the agent and told her what was going on and she put me on hold. When she got back to the phone she told me that she apologize for all that I had to go through, but if I did not hear from their returns department by the 21st to give them a call back and they would refund my money. I called back on 21 September and talk to an agent and he told me that I could not get my money back and also talk to a supervisor and she told the same and that she was also sorry that I was given wrong information because that is not what they do. The returns department agents and supervisor all know their policy and cannot tell a customer anything beyond that. Resolution Sought I bought another cover in the meantime because I was sure that was going to receive my refund. I want them to refund the $168.64 as promised. I did what was asked of me.

I ordered a printer from Amazon - order number 114-2976609-0072207. I return the product over 30 days ago. Amazon customer service keeps demanding I submit a government issued ID. Which I've done twice. The refund status says stuck in processing but customer service is demanding I submit another ID. Horrible experience. The device was never opened and promptly returned the same day I received it. Resolution Sought My refund.
