Amazon has banned me from making reviews on products I have bought from them. This happened several years ago and I would like to be able to leave my opinion on some of the items I have purchased through them. I spend hundreds of dollars if not thousands yearly purchasing items through their site, as I live in a rural area and is more convenient for me to order online. I am also paying a yearly charge to use their site. This is completely unfair as I have a right to share my opinions like everyone else. Resolution Sought Restore my right to give reviews on products I have purchased.

I bought a screen protector from Amazon. I only had it for a week and a half. I returned it on time and unused and did exactly as was told per instructions. Amazon's return policy is within a month for returns which I was in the timeframe. Amazon is refusing my refund so I disputed the charge with chase. Amazon is lying to chase saying I didn't return it within the timeframe which is not true. I have proof and evidence and the still won't refund me with all the evidence provided. I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon and they are simply scamming me by not returning my money since I returned the item and it is no longer in my possession. I don't know why Amazon is refusing to provide my refund when it's their mistake since I have proof that I returned it and it shows they received my return so at this point, other are simply scamming me. per consumer Amazon is a joke. I filled a complaint with the CFPB and they gave me my money back since I do not in fact have the item or the money even though I was in the right,retuning it on time and had proof of everything
