I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A-71 mobile cell phone from Amazon 12/9/23. The order # 112-5338555-9485030 . On 7/5/24 the phone unexpectedly stopped working and will not power on . I first contacted the manufacturer for assistance regarding the phone as the phone has a 1 year manufacturer converge through Samsung. I next contacted Asurion whom I purchased extended warranty coverage through. In the event that the manufacturer warranty ends and or does not offer coverage .The Asurion extended warranty will provide the extra coverage. However neither the manufacturer Samsung nor Asurion will honor the warranty service for the phone because I'm unable to provide them with the phones IMEI # and Serial #. When the phone abruptly stopped working it will no longer power on and I cannot retrieve the needed data from the phone. I was advised by both the manufacturer and Asurion warranty service to contact Amazon regarding the phones information however Amazon responded that they did not have the information and advised me to contact the seller (Edge Cellular) On 7/6/24 I contacted Edge Cellular and on 7/7/24 Edge Cellular responded with (Hello, Sorry to hear about this issue. Since this order was fulfilled by Amazon, we do not have a record of the exact IMEI that Amazon shipped to you. ) I contact you for help today to resolve this issue as the phone was purchased from Edge Cellular through Amazon.com and either Amazon.com or Edge Cellular should have the phones information and record Resolution Sought I ask that I be provided with the information for warranty purposes, a full refund or exchange/replacement.

I accidentally ordered online some brake pads and rotors and within seconds they order went through and I didn't get the option to cancel the order so I waited to receive so I can return the items back in the same shipping package and I distinctly requested a full refund back to my debit card on file ending in 0678 well Amazon took it apon themselves to refund my amount to a digital gift card to which I never approved Resolution Sought To return my full refund to my debit card on file
