Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Amazon has banned me from making reviews on products I have bought from them. This happened several years ago and I would like to be able to leave my opinion on some of the items I have purchased through them. I spend hundreds of dollars if not thousands yearly purchasing items through their site, as I live in a rural area and is more convenient for me to order online. I am also paying a yearly charge to use their site. This is completely unfair as I have a right to share my opinions like everyone else. Resolution Sought Restore my right to give reviews on products I have purchased.

I bought a screen protector from Amazon. I only had it for a week and a half. I returned it on time and unused and did exactly as was told per instructions. Amazon's return policy is within a month for returns which I was in the timeframe. Amazon is refusing my refund so I disputed the charge with chase. Amazon is lying to chase saying I didn't return it within the timeframe which is not true. I have proof and evidence and the still won't refund me with all the evidence provided. I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon and they are simply scamming me by not returning my money since I returned the item and it is no longer in my possession. I don't know why Amazon is refusing to provide my refund when it's their mistake since I have proof that I returned it and it shows they received my return so at this point, other are simply scamming me. Resolution Sought I would like my refund for the product I no longer have since it's stealing since I no longer have the product nor the itwm

per consumer Amazon is a joke. I filled a complaint with the CFPB and they gave me my money back since I do not in fact have the item or the money even though I was in the right,retuning it on time and had proof of everything
