I bought an iPad on May 5th. It is May 24th, less than a month later after my purchase. The price went down $100 from $499 to $399. I requested a price match with customer service to which they denied. Then I was told by customer service that I could return and rebuy the item. However, when I went to return and rebuy, the system would not let me do so. It says I am eligible for a refund/return through June 4th, but there is no button to complete the transaction. When I contacted customer service again, I was told I could no longer return the item nor get a price match. I sent a picture clearly showing the return is eligible through June 4th but they said the system will not let them do the return and I am outside of the window. Resolution Sought I want the $100 difference back. It is terrible that a company won't price match when all others do. But it is illegal to offer a return window through June 4th and not honor that return window.

I ordered a Dell Optiplex 7040 via way of Amazon from SJ Computer LLC order number 111-3659677-1281067 for Christmas and returned it on 1/20/24 and have not received my refund of $216.97. I was told 4x there was a problem sending my refund. I was told I didn't return it. I showed proof of return then was to there is a problem returning my refund. It has been 5 months with continuously calling for refund. Resolution Sought Give me my refund.
