Get it together. Sroo with false advertising.

I closed down my account ive had for over decades because all amazon does is gaslight you. I reopened for my son in his name but technically i handle it. Unfortunately i have to keep dealing with them. We have prime account and i ordered a few things. Before placing the orders I read the reviews, where its sold and shipped from, and ofc the arrival details (overnight / nextt day shipping). Keep in mind weather has been beautiful. No storm. No excuse. Items stated arriving next morning. MORNING. Waited all day. Nothing. No update on app or website.... unprofessional and liars. Then all day nothing still shows arriving today in transit. .... nothing. Next day now shows arriving today .... nothing. All day all night nothing. Now it says sorry for delay now arriving by tm... tm came, nothing !!!!! Then it continues to show sorry for delay arriving tm.... NOTHINGGG. Today i check and now it gives the date for tomorrow instead of saying arriving tomorrow.... they playing with me. This is not my first terrible experience. Theres plenty. And now on all and ever site i am leaving my negative review. Its been too many fuxxups with this company. They wana cheat the system, corrupt us and steal from us!!!! Get it together amazon!!!!! Get it together. Sroo with false advertising. Stop persuading ppl to get prime because u get fast deliveries. Sometimes u do sometimes u dont so thats bull. Stop stealing from us and giving no compensation. Fix your on going issues ... takes time but

If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days.
