that's more false advertisement if you're charging people for two days shipping and they don't get two day shipping that's not right

I pay for a prime membership and there for I have the option for one or two day shipping I have ordered several packages of pla filament by sunlu that is shipped by Amazon that don't get here when they're supposed to customer service always gives me the runaround I can't get nowhere with them today is September 18th 2025 I am supposed to have four packages that are supposed to be delivered today two of which says ready to ship when it's supposed to be here today I have one that says ship that's supposed to be arriving today still not out for delivery something needs to be done about this this is not right I pay for services that they cannot provide they should not offer one or two day shipping if they can't do that but they charge me for prime membership for those features and they don't fulfill those features

Hire people to look at the address building numbers they should know that

Delivery to wrong place multiple times costing me money to reorder try to talk to them telling them that they need to get this right and they hang up on me this not the only time this done
