Complainants generally allege non-delivery of merchandise, defective merchandise, or improper packaging. Some customers complain they are unable to return merchanndise within the 30 day trial period because they are unable to reach the company to obtain a return merchandise authorization number as required.

The company responds to some complaints by issuing refunds or sending ordered merchandise, cancelling the continuity program, or denying refunds and explaining that the customer is beyond their 30 day money back guarantee policy. The company states they will issue refunds if the customer can provide proof the product was returned within the 30 day money back guarantee period. The company also responds by replacing defective products, explaining that they have no record of the customer returning the product and requesting proof of delivery, by sending replacement brushes, or setting up the continuity program for replacement brushes.
