Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Some customers allege the company fails to supply proof of debts upon request and are attempting to collect on debts that are not owed. Others allege the company shows no interest in confirming the debt when customers claim they have proof of payment or additional information to clear the debt. In a few cases customers complain the representatives are rude or that a negative entry was made to their credit report prior to allowing the customer to respond or rectify the matter within the allotted 30 day timeframe. The company responds to complaints by explaining their position to the complainant by requesting documents deleting the negative entry or canceling and settling the account. In one case the company provided proof of the debt. However that customer was dissatisfied claiming the company failed to prove they were the person responsible for the debt. All other complaints are unanswered.
