Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Dear American Hartford representative, Very disappointed with my first experience with American Hartford. At the time I had no experience buying metals and was using my IRA account that I built for over 30 years. 1. Bought silver eagles at $43.84 per oz 5/9/2023, $92,000 2. Bought silver Europa Bull Malta at $47.1 per oz 5/3/2023 $94,200. Those prices were way above spot price at the time. I didn't know that was a problem and received no guidance. Approximately May of this year I investigated selling the Europa Bull coin to buy gold and received a selling price of $28 per oz from Mark King. That is a huge loss. I was told getting out of a fast car and going into a faster car analogy was a good idea. Not a good idea, but American Hartford would have made a nice commission. I believe American Hartford is not looking out for their customer. Thankfully I didn't sell these undesirable coins. I think I know where I stand. Over 2-1/2 years later, I'm not breaking even. I would have hoped to be properly guided to not buy silver coins at $20 over spot price. Buying gold at the time was the right choice. There are others in the commodity business, and maybe a few will watch out for their customers. I would like to hear your position on all of this. I understand there is always risk, but this situation is now obvious to me, it could have been avoided. Resolution Sought I would like some extreme discount pricing on some silver and gold coins or bullion. Or a good price to transfer out of the Europa Bull coins into something else more universally accepted.

I took 100,000.00 out of 401k to invest in gold and silver they took 31,600.00 of my money before investing, with out my knowledge. Resolution Sought Refund my money, shut down this business they are stealing old people's retirement money who have no income
