BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Most complainants allege non-delivery of the ordered products, failure to issue refunds for returned products and difficulty contacting the company to arrange and exchange or obtain return instructions for defective products. Some complainants allege products are either dead on arrival or fail shortly after delivery. A few customers indicate the company was initially responsive to their requests for replacement parts, however, they complain that the company does not follow through with their promise to send the desired parts. Other consumers complain of difficulty contacting the company to request replacement parts or claim they are told that they must send the product to an authorized service center, often several hours and hundreds of miles away, to be diagnosed as defective before a replacement or refund will be authorized. Even after taking the product to the authorized service center, a few consumers report the company fails to authorize an exchange or refund. The company responds to a few complaints by shipping the ordered products.
