Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great company to work with

I have had nothing but a positive experience working with Americare Respiratory Services. They have promptly returned my calls or responded to my emails. When I needed to make a change to my order, it was done and reflected in the next delivery. Their service is considerable less expensive than the company I used previously. I woud recommend them to anyone needing CPAP supplies.
