My Aericare cpap is broken and out of warranty and cannot be replaced until 2026 . I was told by my supplier that I own it and am responsible to fix it or buy another one . For three weeks I have called asking for a repair number and the number they gave me does not fix the Luna cpap. I am 80 years old , stop breathing 11 times an hour and Americare supplier refuses to help me . Resolution Sought Get someone that can repair my machine, get a loaner or replace it . These machines are supposed to last five years or longer and I bought mine in 2021 . Your company is highly rated but the supplier was very rude and refused to help me . I am leaving on a three week cruise on April 16 and need to breathe. Right now, I am taping the water reserve to the unit .

Checked my records for this person's account with us and my phone system and there is no record of this person contacting us about this issue so we were not aware anything was wrong until now. I just called Mrs. Mims and got a voicemail and left a message asking for a return call so we can get her machine working again or replaced under warranty.
