Lied

I called to have under the sink system removed in a rental unit I had bought. I knew nothing of these systems and asked Luis who worked there. Luis said it's worth couple thousand dollars and would take a good hour to remove. The service man came and did it in 20 min including the hello and goodbye. I was charged $200. Come to find out the system is worth $250 and it wasn't a big deal like he had said. They llied and gouged .... when I called back, he said that's what we charge...not reputable.
