I called to have under the sink system removed in a rental unit I had bought. I knew nothing of these systems and asked Luis who worked there. Luis said it's worth couple thousand dollars and would take a good hour to remove.
The service man came and did it in 20 min including the hello and goodbye. I was charged $200. Come to find out the system is worth $250 and it wasn't a big deal like he had said. They llied and gouged .... when I called back, he said that's what we charge...not reputable.

Very Bad Company I purchased the system with them in Jan 2016. The sales man lied and said that my payment was going to be $70 dollars. and that I was going to get free cleaning products for 60 months. When I got the bill it was for 152 dollars revolving. to my surprise they said the total cost was going to be $7,800 dollars. And when I told them I needed some more cleaning products they said that I had to pay for them. I had to contact the contractors license board to resolve my issue with them. Because they Installed the system before the 3 day cancellation so It makes the contract illegal. They will do what ever the license board tells them because if they don't they can loose their license to do business in California. You can call the contractors state license board at (800) 321-CSLB (2752) you can also download the form here http://www.cslb.ca.gov/Resources/FormsAndApplications/ConsumerComplaintForm.pdf you can also take them to small claims court and it will only cost you $35 dollars to sue them. They do very bad business and work. don't let them get away with it. Their License number is 870501
