Never want anything to do with them

My machine was never set up properly so I have had no relief from sleep problems. Billing is never accurate and changes with each person you talk to. They don't have any idea what they are doing. I called about a statement and no one could tell me what it was for. They were supposed to investigate and call me with details. They never called. I called 3 times but still don't know. They would charge my account with no warning or reason. They even charged me for a charge to Humana . The best service I received was when I called to return the machine. 859 complaints tell me everything I need to know about this company.
