BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Our past complaint history shows some complainants allege the company fails to honor advertised rebate offers. Other customers complain they purchase a Jukebox MP3 player which does not perform as represented by the company. They claim they are told the unit operates on proprietary batteries for 8 hours with no recharging but realisticly lasts only 4 hours. ~~The company has responded to most complaints regarding rebate offers by explaining they use an independent fullfillment center to process all rebates and generally agree to contact the center to investigate the claim. Our records show most complainants do receive rebates. All other complaints are addressed by offers to exchange or issue refunds as requested.
