Get rates more in line with other providers!

Austell is a monopoly provider in our neighborhood and as such they are price gouging their customers. Their rates are about double what other providers are charging. With no competition they are free to charge whatever. My bills have almost doubled in a year's time. Don't know what recourse there is to this situation.
