My gas was turned off yesterday I noticed after I made it home. I called today to find out why and I was told that it was for non-payment back in December or January my last payment was February the 10th and my gas was shut off on February the 15th there was no overdue balance or no disconnection or anything I was explained to by the gas company that they were supposed to they said cut it off on the 5th of January but I didn't have a disconnection notice on the 5th of January my last two payments were made December and February not only did I make my payments but they have charged me a reconnection fee on my last bill and they still turn off my gas I was explained to by one of their associates that we turned it off because it was supposed to be turned off on the 5th so they turned it off on February the 15th after charging payments I'm very confused they also said that they removed my meter and he asked me did you cut the tent lock off our meter and I said no my gas has never been turned off he kept asking questions and kept calling me back as if they were trying to build up some kind of defense some kind of protection but anyway to make a long story short they are not providing my gas services and they're making up lies somewhere in their community and these things are normally done around Christmas and New years when they're chasing bonuses. I've clearly been made a victim and this situation needs to be resolved immediately. So please look into this situation it is ridicul Resolution Sought My gas should have never been turned off and I'm old a $100 deposit that they charged me.
