Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stop sending out misleading ads that look like an actual bill.

I have not or will not do business with this company, but a lot of unsuspecting people may do so. A letter that very much looks like a bill was sent to my home (actually addressed to my husband who has been deceased over 4 years). The letter tells you to respond immediately and gives a phone number to call. Unsuspecting persons persons may fall for this! It is actually an ad for extended warranty service for an automobile, but looks very much like a bill! Many people could be scammed into thinking they owe the money amounts listed and buy this service!
