Re: 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe I purchased an Extended warranty plan with Auto Assure , LLC for $133. for 18 months. I purchase the Diamond Coverage for full train coverage. June, 2021. I submitted a claim for replace of my fuel injection system which was denied. My plan should have covered the item. I researched the company online to find out that they frequently sold policies to elderly customers but rejected the claims. Resolution Sought I would like they to pay for the service or return the $2394. that I paid for coverage.

My experience with Auto Assure by Endurance was ridiculous ! I took my Ford F-150 in to my local Ford dealership for a check engine light problem. The mechanic diagnosed the problem to be Cam phaser trouble in the engine and would cost about $3200 to fix. I followed all the conditions stated on the Auto Assure contract. The service technician called in the claim and right off the bat the claim was denied. I called Auto Assure and they confirmed the denial, but sent me to a "Specialist" to look over the denied parts. He was also confused on the part being denied and pushed it up to the claim supervisor. Now that was just the first call of many and a week of wasted time as my truck sits in the repair shop. Finally I authorized the shop to fix my truck on my nickel. Several calls more to Auto Assure and they still dig in their heels and will not honor the claim because of one part of the whole claim that is not covered! One part of many, but the claim includes other parts that are covered? Unreasonable denial. They absolutely will not reimburse me for the expenses I paid on the invoice because I am not the shop. Totally ridiculous! What is a extended warranty if not piece of mind? I got neither piece of mind or coverage. Wasted my valuable time and hard earned money. I got ripped off ! Resolution Sought Since I had to haggle with Auto assure. I want them to honor my full Invoice amount, plus 100 refund of contract purchase price. My claim constitutes breach of contract. I am pursuing arbitration in this matter.
