Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Sub-leasing your vehicle has both practical and legal issues to consider. First, as registered owner and lessee, you may be held responsible, by law, for traffic violations, accidents, and lease mileage limits and wear to the vehicle as you agreed to in your lease. Also, nearly all purchase and lease agreements prohibit any type of assignment to any third party without the express written consent of the lessor. Any assignment will therefore put the party in breach of contract. If you are having trouble maintaining your car payments, it is best to work such matters out with the bank or lessor.
