SLUMLORDS..

The absolute worst prop mgmt ever... They've been our new prop m. For past year. The did remodel to bring up to code. And they destroyed our really nice apts. They downgraded us. Put the absolute cheapest appliances, cheap materials, they put flat paint in our kitchens and bathrooms and u wipe paint right off and it's wrong. They hired construction company that needs to be investigated and shut down . All of the workers were Hispanics and none of them spoke any English, most likely undocumented also. I watched the roofer use his hands to measure instead of measure tape, they destroyed some of my property through negligence and there's protocol to follow when you're a professional company working with the public and tenants. They moved us out in sections to do remodel and bring up to code and get rid of mold and asbestos, for 1 month. We moved in may. Right dead smack in a lockdown of a pandemic. They put us is the worst motel in town, green swimming pool and no way to cook our food when we were told we were going to a better one that had cooking facility. But we told they went way over budget on mariposa oaks previous months. So we got the shit motel. We All got bedbugs and it took them it took them 9 days to listen to us and move us we had to use our money for our food to wash all all all belongings all our food outside of fridge and lots of lice spray. Not cheap. We were told to save our receipts and wed be reimbursed. That was a lie. Some of us we're going to get evicted for non compliance, on site manager wasn't doing her job and sent my employment verification to the total wrong place and they accused me of non compliance and started eviction process. I mentioned name of where I worked and manager said u don't work at so and so.i said no, and not that town either. She got wide eyed and said I sent it to the wrong place. I CAN'T EVICT NOBODY DURING COVID-19 FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH INCOME. I was devastated when I came back home and saw what they did to my beautiful Apt. Totally depressing and heartache that's all I know. My exhaust fan to cook blew 5 minutes after using it. I can mention at least 30 other maintenance issues and emergencies they've done absolutely nothing to fix or accommodate. Took them 11 months to finally send someone from 4hrs away to fix exhaust. The guys didn't even have one single right tool to take it out and put back it it smelled immediately of electrical when they tested it and tried to tell me they accidentally turned the burner on and burned guys shirt. I turn it on to cook blew a huge fire ball right in my face and it doesn't work again . Cuz it's the electrical, it's crosswired I checked it and sure enough that's it and it's that way on the bathroom also. there we never ever one single Madera county inspector here during 6 months of renovation bcuz if so this place wouldn't be in such violation. Or falling apart already.I'm running out of space to write I will continue this on another page.
