Huachuca Desert Apartments, Az 85616, (A.W.I. property) collections OIS. Resident 3/24/-10/26, 2017. J. Courtright, arrived mid-April, after death of our child, 04/10/17. 04/25/17, attempted to add him to existing lease,w/ then manager Yuri Quintana. Denied due to age of lease, but allowed/authorized occupant of #32 by Yuri (no notice to terminate lease for unauth. occupant ever given), told try again in few months. 05/12-06/08, 2017, tried again w/ then manager, Lakeisha Garcia, same application used (4/25). I questioned this, told was normal, easier& approved.New lease signed. Copies not given at signing due to Garcia saying printer not working, would get them to me asap. Never happened, w/ repeated attempts to obtain them&assured of lease status.Sept. 2017, Neighbors filed protect. orders on me (by association),but target Josh for his instability and hostility. Would have been barred if not Co-leaser. Late Sep.-Oct. 2017, Josh becomes more unstable & violent to me. Scared for my safety & my unborn child, 10/24/2017 filed an order of protection. Josh in jail unrelated charge. 1st,not filed completely, revised as he was released. 2nd one filed, seen before Hon. Dickerson, temp. order granted. Gave to then manager, Patricia Coble (witnessed, Troy Davis). Told she could do nothing to enforce/bar, him being legal resident/Co-leaser, Civil matter for police. 04/29/2021 VP M. Burke, lied about accnt./me, accused me lying about abuse. Shown proof of my claim, blocked him. Resolution Sought Closure/removal via credit file asap, as false, forged/altered, omitted, slanderous,& fraudulent info given to collections.Written explanations,as to why; reported such information in this case. Blocked me via email,i.e. VP M. Burke,Pres. T. Williams, after giving proof my claim.Why Burke is being allowed to accuse me of lying abuse allegation,with no proof.I did what was required of me,by law and Awi policy. If Awi had done so,would have not have had to leave my home nor my elderly grandmother.
