I want nothing. Just wanted this review written.

This is a complaint about Bath and Body Works online orders. Numerous times I have ordered from them on line only to be disappointed most of those times. Once they shipped me someone else's order with their info so I assume my info and order was sent to the other person. Lack of privacy and a MAJOR security problem. Other times the items have been broken. This time I ordered way before Christmas and as of today (Dec 13) they don't even have a date when they will be shipped. Customer service is really great on the phone. However their warehouse is TOTALLY incompetent!! The local Bath and Body Works stores are wonderful!! They're very customer service oriented and excellent in every way. The Countryside Mall store in Clearwater, Florida is fantastic!! Excellent management and employees. I will shop there only from now on. Bath and Body Works warehouse is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I'll NEVE R buy anything from this company online again. In store shopping only for me.
