Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Other customers complain they pay the company advance deposits, however, the company fails to start projects as agreed. One complainant alleges her account was charged without authorization. A few complainants report the company retained shutters taken as examples for duplication purposes, and failed to return the items, or duplicate the shutters as agreed. Most complainants allege they have been unable to contact the company. Calls are not returned, or, telephone lines are not in service.
