Refund check

I love the price for the plan, I have for my daughter, and it was very easy to set up as a automatic bank draft. But when it was time to renew, I reserved a letter in the mail, that said if you are not going to charge your plan do nothing. I rerolled by the deadline and the letter said that was i. But it the end of the month to much money was taking out of my account, I called and they told me it would be taken care of the first time I called was December 31, 2018 and every month after that and got nothing but the run a round. I reached out to Alliance and on April 11,2019 I got my checks in the mail (BUT) they were in my daughters name not mine the money was taking out of my account not hers, so I had to have her cash then because they sent two checks not one.
