Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Of the few complaints we've received, the customers claim they received a mailed solicitation from the company offering assistance with foreclosure services when their homes are not in foreclosure. Customers complain that when attempting to be removed from the company's mailing list, they are told to disregard the notices, however the customers are concerned as they do not want to receive further solicitations.

The company responds to the complaints by removing the customers information from their mailing list and apoligizing for any inconvenience. The company contends they purchased the name and address from another company which obtains their information from public sources.
