To do their job right or be shut down so this don't happen to others

I sent my cat to Broadway vet to get fixed they said she was a male cut her ear half off an cut her open an said she had already been neutered an sent her home then i took my dog in to have her put to sleep paid for every thing up front the payment was for her to be put to sleep cremated and a paw prints an the vet never sent any thing in to have the paw print done so all i got is the ashes when i called to complain all they said was it was a human error i have also heard from other people how the vet has killed their pets or made them sicker yes i got my money back but i think an feel they still should be looked in to so this don't happen to other people. To do their job right or be shut down so this don't happen to others
