To do their job right or be shut down so this don't happen to others

I sent my cat to Broadway vet to get fixed they said she was a male cut her ear half off an cut her open an said she had already been neutered an sent her home then i took my dog in to have her put to sleep paid for every thing up front the payment was for her to be put to sleep cremated and a paw prints an the vet never sent any thing in to have the paw print done so all i got is the ashes when i called to complain all they said was it was a human error i have also heard from other people how the vet has killed their pets or made them sicker yes i got my money back but i think an feel they still should be looked in to so this don't happen to other people.
