Most complainants allege the company fails to ship ordered merchandise, and they are unable to contact the company to inquire on the status of their order or to request a refund. Customers complain the company will not return calls, or emails. A few people complain that merchandise received in damaged condition was returned for exchange, however, no replacement items were ever sent.The company has not responded to complaints presented by our office, however, one complainant did notify us that the company provided a refund.
