Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Forced to Pay

This site forces you to pay to see the courses that you report to them. I don't need or want this company in my life. I can track my own classes, why do I need CE Broker to charge me to do this. There was some sort of free membership, but they rig it so that it does not work and you have to pay.
