On August 17, 2004 we verified that all phone numbers on file for this company are disconnected or no longer in service. Mail was returned by the post office in May of 2003 as undeliverable. We believe this company is no longer in business. When contacted by telemarketers rather than making an immediate decision, insist the caller put the offer and all verbal promises in writing for your consideration. To minimize misunderstandings, designate one employee to whom all calls regarding equipment or supplies must be referred. If unordered merchandise arrives, immediately write to inform the sender that you will consider the shipment a free gift unless pickup is arranged within a reasonably short time. Send such letters by certified mail to obtain proof of receipt.
