I would like for them to improve the customer service, especially for the manager

I accidentally left my credit card in the room I stayed at. When I called to inquire about it, no one could find it. I knew exactly where I left it. I was informed no one had found it and new guests were in the room, but I would be notified if it were found. I came home and canceled my card. I filled out a survey online about my experience and received an email from the manager Patrick, basically telling me that I probably never lost it there, and they are not responsible. I am aware they are not responsible, but his customer service, he responded by wishing me good luck in my future travels. No apologies. I would like for them to improve the customer service, especially for the manager. I work customer service. The customer is always right, no matter how you feel.
