There is currently a lack of cultural competency and professionalism at the facilities.

Incident Report Date: 10-10-19 Location: Haven On The Lakeside( A healing center based in Columbia MD) -Staff member (Jerry) barged in on a Crystal salt therapy session to ask me if I was a member. He was very rude and was able to tell me "You don't belong here" in front of other staff. -He aggressively accused me of sneaking in after I've already checked in at the front desk. -I reported him to the front desk after validating my membership. -There is a culture of ethics intimidation amongst a selective group of employees. -I don't know if some of the locals are feeling empowered by the current political climate but the behavior is aggressive and disgusting to say the least. -There was a similar incident at the athletic center where a short hair female manger was extremely rude to some family members I had in town from DC. -I'm not sure what the root of the issue is, but I pay my membership fee like everyone. This aggressive behavior has no place in a planned community. - There is currently a lack of cultural competency and professionalism at the facilities.
