Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Complainants allege false advertising of the offer, and failure to fulfill free gift offer ads as agreed. Some participants complained that in order to fulfill eligibility requirements they were required to review endless website pages and purchase services or items they would not have ordinarily have purchased. Some allege even after completing eligibility requirements they still did not receive their gift. Many participants expressed exasperation with the amount of time necessary to complete eligibility requirements, the lack of disclosure concerning the true nature of the offer, and their inability to remove their e-mail address from the company’s mailing list.

The company responds to some complaints by advising participants they have no way to verify when eligibility requirements have been met, and ask the customer to send verification of completing the offer. Complaints concerning false advertising are generally addressed by directing the complainant to their website to review disclosures in fine print at the bottom of the page.

This company offers free gifts as incentives to consumers to agree to receive or purchase various other products or services promoted on their website. Although the incentive is advertised as a free gift to the participant, conditions apply. In order to claim their reward, participants must meet all of the offer eligibility requirements as outlined in the Terms & Conditions before receiving a FREE reward. Eligibility requirements include signing up for at least 2 Silver, 2 Gold and 2 Platinum offers. Available offers vary, and most offers require a credit card, and a purchase to qualify.

Our experience with these offers has been that even if all eligibility requirements are met, more often than not, the free gifts are not provided as advertised. Participants are advised they will receive a Reward Key Form via email within 90 days after they have qualified for the reward. The gift is allegedly sent within 30 days of receipt of the Key Form.

We urge caution! This company has responded to BBB complaints by stating that they have no way to determine if a participant has completed requirements, and they ask for proof of completion. Participants are advised to keep copies or proof of offer participation. Also keep in mind, that because of the extended time period between the time of completing eligibility requirements and actual delivery, many participants may forget the promised reward, or be unable to locate the company to pursue the matter.
