Purchasers generally ship computers back at their own expense and often bear the burden of time lost without a computer. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle. Recently, consumers have reported this company's phone numbers are disconnected and their website is no longer working. The Bureau was able to verify that this information. To date, we have not received any return mail from the company.
