Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Pharmacy not open on time, was there waiting 45 mins

Went to the CVS on North Ridge Rd. At 9:45 am. To pick up my prescription. Got other things I needed went to Pharmacy around 10:10 am. Not open. Supposed to open at 10:00am.. People were waiting but all we could find out is they had no idea who was supposed to be there. What? I need my prescription. Will change drug stores. Second time this has happened. Get their heads on right. People can't wait forever because someone overslept. I was there waiting 45 min
