Pharmacy not open on time, was there waiting 45 mins

Went to the CVS on North Ridge Rd. At 9:45 am. To pick up my prescription. Got other things I needed went to Pharmacy around 10:10 am. Not open. Supposed to open at 10:00am.. People were waiting but all we could find out is they had no idea who was supposed to be there. What? I need my prescription. Will change drug stores. Second time this has happened. Get their heads on right. People can't wait forever because someone overslept. I was there waiting 45 min
