The pharmacist is absolutely horrible.

The pharmacist ****** is absolutely horrible. I can to pick up my father's prescription he stated that a prior auth was needed. The prescription was sent in at 1015 on 9/1/23. I went to pick it up at 7pm. I asked him to call the hospital to get the prior authorization and he stated that he would not and could not call. Working for medstar health I know that the pharmacy can call the provider. His customer service was horrible and on to of that the pharmacy was clutter and messy. They had open bottles and prescriptions every where. Someone needs to go and inspect them. The pharmacist should be retrained put on probation or fired. His customer services is absolutely terrible and the fact that he didn't want to do his job because they were busy is ridiculous.
