Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The message instructs the recipient to call a telephone number which has a pre-recorded message instructing them to send $25.00 to the company to obtain claim forms. Most complainants are asking the company to remove them from their calling list. A few customers sent the required $25.00 to the company and never received the claim forms or heard from the company again. To date, all complaints remain unanswered. A few complaints are still pending.
