Poor Quality

I purchased an engagement ring from this company and the side stones/diamonds fell out several times. The ring was also sized improperly and with each adjustment the band was thinned. The ring was mailed to this company for repair and resizing three times, and they refused to replace or refund me for the ring. They also refused to correct the thinned band. And, I was never able to speak to a manager. Very unfortunate situation and poor quality ring... I should have went to a more reputable jeweler. Hindsight.
