Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The group is very personable and helpful

DDS Employee Screening Services runs our background checks. We have 4 different packages that we use depending on the level of the candidate. Our expectations were met. Their customer service has been impeccable. Michael Amato always provides a quick response and I loved working with Nicole. She left because of personal issues, but I now work with Christine, who is fantastic as well. The group is very personable and helpful. They were always prompt and thorough in their services. I would recommend DDS Employee Screening Services to others. They are professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
