DDS Employee Screening Services runs our background checks. We have 4 different packages that we use depending on the level of the candidate. Our expectations were met. Their customer service has been impeccable. Michael Amato always provides a quick response and I loved working with Nicole. She left because of personal issues, but I now work with Christine, who is fantastic as well. The group is very personable and helpful. They were always prompt and thorough in their services. I would recommend DDS Employee Screening Services to others. They are professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

They were always very easy to reach and great with communication. The associates quickly handled any questions or issues that came up during the background process. They were very prompt and very thorough in their services. DDS is a great company. Michael Amato and his team provide consistent high quality service. I would recommend them to others. We work with quite a few other background companies and some are very hard to reach, or end up passing you back and forth between associates. Some take forever to get back to you, or they are unable to resolve issues. DDS is always helpful and available.
