Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Another person complained that they did not receive the promised vehicle warranty and had to expend over 5,000 for repairs. The company responded to one complaint by explaining the delay in payment for the sale of a consigned vehicle. The other complaints are unanswered.
