Due to a high volume of complaint activity, government regulatory intervention, and the company's apparent lack of interest in our mediation efforts, we are accepting complaints for this company, but will no longer be processing the complaints. Consumers who wish to file a complaint, may do so, however, your complaint and contact information will be forwarded to one of the following two government regulatory agencies; the FTC, or the Washington Attorney General's office.

The FTC works for the consumer to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid them.
