Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Some complainants report the company simply tells them to contact their credit card company on their own to ask for a reduced interest rate, and this request is generally denied by the bank. Others report they were told to apply for a new credit card with a lower interest rate and transfer their balances to the new card. Many other complainants report the company does not return phone calls regarding the status of their case and/or refund.
