However, after paying this fee, complainants report the company is unable to reduce the interest rates on their cards as promised, and the company refuses to comply with their money back guarantee by issuing a refund. Some complainants report the company simply tells them to contact their credit card company on their own to ask for a reduced interest rate, and this request is generally denied by the bank. Others report they were told to apply for a new credit card with a lower interest rate and transfer their balances to the new card. Many other complainants report the company does not return phone calls regarding the status of their case and/or refund.

The company responds to some complaints by stating they will investigate the complainant's concerns, and if they were unable to assist the customer and find that a refund is due, it will be issued.
