One complainant alleges after agreeing to a 45 day trial period to try out the golf clubs, the customer was asked for credit card information as insurance to return the clubs. The customer states the company never sent the golf clubs, and charged the credit card. The second complainant alleges the company failed to provide a refund of $524.00 after returning the clubs within the 30 day trial period. Both complaints remain unanswered.

This company solicits golf enthusiasts offering individual clubs or a set of golf clubs on a trial basis, at no cost or obligation. Customers are asked to pay a deposit by credit card to guarantee that they will return the clubs after the trial period. We suggest that anyone testing golf clubs for this company, do so without giving credit card information or payment of any kind. That information should only be given after the trial period, and only then if you want to purchase the equipment. By law, consumers have 60 days from the billing date to dispute unauthorized charges with the credit card issuer. Visa has a 120 day period. After the 60-day period, a charge cannot be reversed unless the seller consents. If the order is canceled, we suggest that the product be returned in sufficient time to permit a credit card dispute to be filed.
