charles review
hello my name is charles cobb III I purchased my 300z from a private owner who met me at dr. z's auto shop. He wanted to show me who he goes through for all his work. dr. z was there and told me "We will take care of you if and when you buy the car. I was a little hesitant but after a test drive I decided to buy it. Since my purchase I have gone to Dr.z to have him check on or work on things I needed. Every time I have come in they have stopped what they are working on to attend to me instead of ignoring me saying they are too busy. A lot of it has been minor repairs which they have stopped to fix for me. With them I have done my (brakes, battery work door lock throttle work radiator air conditioning,) All the repairs they have done, have been honest and truthful telling me what to expect. They have done what they have said, "well take care of you" My car now runs like a champ. I feel confident going there for all my advice or recommendations. Sincerely, charles cobb III

California law affords you certain rights when you have repairs made to your automobile. Repair shops are required to display a sign informing you of these rights. They include, for example, the right to a written repair estimate, to a detailed invoice of labor and parts, and to the return of any parts replaced, provided you request the return at the time you order the work and provided that your warranty does not require that the be returned to the manufacturer.A repair service may not perform repairs beyond those listed in the estimate without your authorization. However, if they have to tear down a component to give you an estimate, you may have to pay for the labor to tear it down and reassemble it. You will know beforehand, though, what the charge for that will be. You should never sign a blank work order, and a reputable dealer will not ask you to.For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.
