BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Complainants allege deceptive sales practices. Customers claim the company contacts them using various false lead in tactics to pursuade them to send between $100 and $275. Several complainants were allegdly told the Government had issued a grant to their company to promote computer literacy in the Hispanic community, and they were giving away free computers. Others report they were told that free computers were being distributed to low income Hispanic families. Another complainant claims she was told she had won a prize. All complainants initially pay $100. The company then contacts them asking for additional sums of money to cover insurance, software, or required tutorials. Complainants allege they have not received the promised computers. To date, all complaints are unanswered.

We caution against sending money to this company, or releasing any personal information which would allow access to your bank accounts or credit information. If you have truly won a prize, there should be no redemption fees or other conditional rules to comply with in order to actually receive your prize. Watch out for smooth, fast talking, friendly callers asking for money. Most responding to similar offers received nothing for their money, or a cheap throw away item valued at far less than the redemption price. State and Federal lottery laws prohibit the practice of asking for payment to claim a prize. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
