I was an EBay member 1st time in 2004..And I just bought things back then, never sold for 5 years. Well I was wanting to sell, But back in 2004 I didn't know as much as setting up seller accounts, or domains! As not using as like companies email address for like EBay.. I wasn't as knowledgeable as I am now. Well in 2009 I wanted to sell in didn't know how to set EBay, well I took it to a tech I knew to help, he was older Vietnam vet. Well I trying to say, he didn't hear well and I told him to keep my older 2004, EBay account. He EBay can't come back with, or come back with creating another account years ago would it matter, since I'm filling a complaint. I never had 2 Ebays. Well he heard me said I had to change because I used a different internet providers. So my seller since, 2004, had to be changed to 2009. Well at first 2004, before I had to create another account. It didn't matter anyway. I bought DVDs a lot back then like a lot .. Boxing Mma motocross racing.. Around $800 or more, a lot of business always paid. Well a lot were originals, but a lot were not originals. Some of the copies were good quality some were not. Back un 2004 quite were vhs, so they would take copy guarded vhs burn on dvd. And I knew because lines and a lot of green contrast. Others would not even play..Or too fuzzy unwatchable! Some copied were good, I took didn't complain. But I got sick of it after a while. I filed a claim and EBay took care of it. Well in 2009 I had to make a new account. I Resolution Sought Try to get my account back. You do not permanently suspend member who has been a member for years over to many returns if legit. Or for 5 in two months because the seller can't tell the truth, and is a bigger business that EBay wants to protect. Ask a question We want to keep to keep Ebay safe! From what I'm not a hacker! Am a member who had bad items the removed my stuff banned, me. I asked one to many returns on more said to many returns, Maybe the people selling stuff should list as is

I purchased a scanner through ebay. Somehow they used one of old addresses and it was shipped there. Uspsarked it as non deliverable or something and sent it back to the seller. They won't refund my and I never received the item Resolution Sought I want a full refund or what I ordered
