I purchased a drum off of eBay before I had an account with eBay. I received the product. They took it off my credit card, but I am not happy with my purchase. I would like to return it, but they are making it virtually impossible for me to get the label the information on how to return this product before I had an account with eBay. I've been trying for days now and I finally got a phone call and then we got disconnected and I'm also paying five dollars to ask Jeev to help me and I did try that but honestly, I don't see why I should have to pay five dollars for Information On to return the product. I'm just so frustrated. All I want to do is to return the product and get a refund. Very difficult company to work with to get proper answers. They're not listening. It appears you can only return a product if you had an account with eBay. If you didn't have an account and you bought something from eBay, it appears you can't return it or at least that's what it feels like. That does not seem correct or the right thing to do so I'm have tried all the different ways. They've asked me to and nothing is working so they're leading me to contact you, the Better Business Bureau. Resolution Sought I want to contact them properly and not get disconnected and get this business problem figured out
