I sell items on eBay. Yesterday, eBay charged a buyer an incorrect amount for a cherished Teddie. I had the offer listed 22.00 and said the buyer could have a 20 discount, making the sale 17.60. eBay charged the buyer 12.60. I have had 3 different calls with eBay. I have spent over 2 and 1/2 hours trying to resolve this. Each time I call they have a new reason to blame me for the error. This is not my mistake and eBay refuses to help. I would like my 5.00 plus the 4.00 selling fee recovered. I have spent months listing items on this site and all my time will be for nothing because I will have to close my store. eBay told me my best option was to cancel the sale and recharge the buyer. That is horrible business and I refuse to penalize a buyer for eBay's mistake. I never knew eBay could do this and I can not sell on the site with any confidence. I don't see how this can be defended. Thanks for your time. Resolution Sought I would like my 9.00 back. I have waisted months listing items. I never knew this could happen. It is wrong and scary. I guess I am thankful my loss was only 9.00. It could have been much more. Thanks for your time.

So someone ordered something from me on eBay.. claimed it was fake. eBay gave them their money back. I never got my item. Proved it. And they refuse to do anything about it. That's not ok Resolution Sought Give me my money back or my item.
