I sold an item on eBay and the buyer did a false return. I contacted eBay right away and they told me to wait until Thursday to file an appeal. They put a defect on my account and won't remove it because I waited for eBay to step in but only after they told me. I also don't think I should have to pay for return shipping for a false return. That's why I'm asking for the amount of 4.35 the cost of return shipping but also want the defect taken off my account. Resolution Sought I would like to have the defect removed from My account and possibly return shipping refunded or credited towards my eBay account

I ordered a pair of ray ban meta glasses ( not cheap) they say it was delivered I never got them. I've contacted the seller they said contact eBay they said contact my bank. I'm just getting the run around. eBay isn't honoring or being helpful at all. Resolution Sought Refund
