I purchased some plum juice. I checked the order status on eBay, and it indicated that the item had been delivered; however, I still have not received it to this day. I have reported this issue to eBay several times, but without any results. Resolution Sought I want my item.

I purchased an industrial clamp on September 16, 2025, order number: ***** and to date I have not received the product. I have already opened a complaint to ebay, but they closed the case claiming that the tracking says that the product has already been delivered or is arriving. This message has been appearing since Nov/26. They do not return the messages I sent, they do not want to refund the amount paid claiming that it is past the deadline, they do not provide information about the carrier responsible for delivery. I need someone's help, I don't want a refund, I need the material. Resolution Sought I would like information and contact information for the carrier responsible for delivery in Brazil
